2. Token Sales (aka ICOs) have provided a new vehicle to raise capital, with hundreds of millions raised through ICOs in the past quarter.


3. Securities, money transmission, and other laws are likely to apply to certain blockchain businesses and ICOs.


4. Blockchain is likely to disrupt the way we organize, communicate, and transact electronically.
